YOUR PROFILE

Your organisational skills and solutions-oriented approach to activities will ensure a smooth transport procedure. As a pivotal figure in this process, you will step forward when the situation requires, and you are capable of making decisions.
Not everything will go according to your predefined schedule and every day holds surprises. You know how to remain calm and by using powerful and clear communication skills, you succeed in motivating the parties involved to arrive at the mutually appropriate solution.
Efficient and cost-effective planning comes naturally to you.

YOUR DUTIES

You will handle the efficient planning of inter/national and intermodal transport. You will ensure that our products reach their destination exactly on time.
As an accomplished puzzle solver, you will put the important pieces together every day. These may be delivery times, dimensions of goods, loading and unloading areas, and so on.
Despite your excellent planning skills, your perfect puzzle is turned upside down more than once by unforeseen circumstances. No problem, you adjust the planning ‘live’.
In addition to being a competent organiser, you are also an inspiring motivator for the drivers.
Finally, you are responsible for correct administrative handling.
Plan orders and assign trucks on trips
Instruct the drivers in regard with their trips
Responsible for the feasibility of the planned trips
Keep close contact with the customer and communicate any anomalies which might occur during the transport process
Create and manages KPI`s for our customers
Outsource trips – use subcontractors for own business
Outsource trucks – take orders from the market
