Treasury specialist

On behalf of our client, one of the biggest multinational company that offers services as food, facilities management and workplace & technical management services, we are looking for a Treasury Specialist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform treasury operations according with approved limits (payments of clients, affiliates, suppliers, credit notes and transfers between clients accounts);
• Follow clients incoming and determine the need of cash for the payment to the affiliates and the suppliers;
• Daily analyze of cash available in bank accounts;
• Analyze cash-ins in the voucher bank account and makes suggestions for creating bank deposits;
• Check upon and up-date the bank details of the suppliers, affiliates and company’s employees.
• Keep the contact with the banks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• High level of organization
• Ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of cash management principles
• Knowledge of banking systems and processes
• Willing to adapt quickly to quick changes in direction
• Internally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills
• Fluent in English
