 Join our team in Porto, we are looking for Trip Advisors with different language skills to manage the clients of one of the top leaders in the travel and tourism domain.

If you speak one the languages pairs below, go ahead and get all the info:

• French & English
• German & English
• Italian & English

Role: As a Trip Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests and solving the emerging issues. You will be responsible for the following:

• Be the direct link to our customers
• Customer support by phone, email, chat and social media channels
• Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service
• Identify opportunities to improve products, services, and the customer experience
• Work closely with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing

The main skills we are looking for are:

• Excellent level of the chosen language plus English, both spoken and written (C1 required)
• You love to communicate, while being easy-going and patient with our customers
• Good and customer-friendly service is the highest priority for you
• Curious and persistent to solve issues
• Organized and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations
• Tech-Savvy
