We are looking for UI Developer Interns with potential for greatness, to be part of our Navigation team. Together with other experienced engineers you will develop cross-platform navigation products using QML, working along-side other developers from different layers of the infrastructure (rendering, search, routing, guidance, analytics). Our internship projects for students and graduates are designed to develop your programming and analytical skills by working with cutting-edge technologies in the exciting and complex area of navigation systems.
Period of internship : April- July
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contributing to projects that give life to modern UI/UX using QML, and create delightful experiences for customers and end users
- Learning how to create UI elements (components, screens, layouts, styles) and animated transitions
- Collaborating closely with QT developers to leverage the business logic and data exposed by them to the UI layer
- Contributing to write responsive UI, based on multiple screen sizes (8”/12”/15”), resolutions, layouts, screen orientations (portrait, landscape)
- Learning the common best practices in writing high standard code
REQUIREMENTS

- Basic knowledge of a UI declarative programming language(QML, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XAML)
- Taste for UX improvements
- Basic knowledge of design patterns
- Knowledge in the field of Object-Oriented Software Development
- Technical or computer science background or a similar qualification
- Strong skills in deadline management
- Good communication skills (English) are required (both verbal and written)
