UI/UX Designer

InFinIT Partners is looking for a QA ENGINEER to join our team based in our Cluj-Napoca Office. 

As a UI / UX Creative mind you will play an important part in our company’s growth and development, in line with the philosophy that drives us forward everyday: we are building the Home for the Best Engineers. But someone has to make it look pretty.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION:

• Review requirements, specifications and technical documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Together with the business analysts and technical team, create wireframes and prototypes for the general look and feel of the future apps
• Maintain and review existing branding materials
• Create and maintain branding materials for our partners and our future apps
• Create functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs
• Estimate, prioritise, plan and coordinate UI / UX activities
• Be part of the development process and identify functional or usability improvement opportunities
• Organise and supervise Usability Testing sessions
• Monitor UI / UX during the development process
• Stay up-to-date with new UI / UX and creative approaches, trends and tools

WHAT SHOULD RECOMMEND YOU:

• Proven work experience in software development
• UI / UX portfolio
• Strong knowledge of UI / UX methodologies, tools and trends
• Curiosity about new approaches
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive documentation about the UI / UX decisions
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• HTML/CSS is a plus
