UI/UX Designer

As a UI / UX Designer, YOU will be responsible for the entire process of acquiring and integrating a product, including aspects of branding, design, usability and function.

We count on YOU to

• Work as part of a cross-discipline, agile team, to define and achieve product objectives, creative approaches and deliverables

• Understand product specifications and user psychology

• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback

• Translate concepts into user flows, wire-frames, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences

• Evaluate the usability of proposed designs and recommend user-centered solutions

• Work with other designers to implement attractive designs

• Develop high-level and detailed mock-ups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

• Facilitate product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products

• Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders

• Offer support to the development team as they deliver products that implement the UX propositions

• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate the UX implementations 

• Keep up to date with the latest trends in web design and industry trends

We also value YOUR:

• Solid knowledge of Digital Design / Mobile / HTML5 / CSS3 / Adobe CC / UX

• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)

• Research skills (user testing, benchmarking, industry analysis, usability surveys…)

• Good ability to understand business requirements and to perform implementation

• A proactive working style that anticipates and resolves project roadblocks

• Good communication skills, analytical thinking, motivated and willing to work in a team

• Experience with Agile development methodologies

• Passion on recent trends with the IT scene, modern development methods and instruments

• Proficiency in English
