Upjohn Supply Chain Alliance Markets Specialist

Demand Planning & Forecasting:

Ensure robust demand planning processes are in place with monthly brand forecast reviews with cross functional participation of Sales, Marketing and Finance.

Liaise with regulatory and marketing team on new product launches and updates made to existing forecast accordingly.

Forecast Reconciliation for budgeting and forecasting purposes.

Repackaging/Relabeling: support the BUs on having sufficient stock of Donations (if applicable).

Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP):
Embed a monthly S&OP process and conduct meeting with cross functional participation from Business Units, Regulatory and Finance with the objective of continuously improving supply chain metrics and meeting financial targets.

Supply and Inventory Planning:

Manage relations with AMP Hub colleagues, while proactively improving quality of cooperation and information exchange processes.

Proactively follow-up on global, regional or local supply issues to be aware of timely resolution by AMP and Regional Supply Chain and to be able to manage proper communication with all stakeholders, also taking into account potential implications on local Emergency Systems where applicable (. Slovakia).

Product Change Management:

Responsible for the planning and coordination of sourcing changes, new product launches, loss of exclusivities, artwork changes and registration timelines with supply points, regulatory, sales and marketing departments.

Ensure timely product supply is aligned with registrations and regulatory changes.

Operational Excellence:

Support the implementation of Upjohn Supply Chain Digitisation, Improvement and Operating strategies/tools.

Monitor and achieve efficient operations by assuring proper system interfaces between Upjohn, Logistics Service Providers (LSPs), Distributors and any other required parties (interface checks).

Profile

• Higher education;
• Minimum 1,5 years of relevant experience;
• Language skills: advanced English is a must
• Computer literacy (MS Office);
• Good organizational and time management skills;
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
