We are currently looking for a UX Designer to work alongside the Area Product Owner for the Collaboration & Advanced Telephony area. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communications skills, a highly collaborative style that fosters strong relationships

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces/platforms
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Identify design problems and advice smart solutions
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
• Have an input in building test scenarios to protect the initial concept and design vision
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
• Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design
• Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation
• Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Technical skills:

• 2+ years’ experience working in UX Design with creative individuals and teams
• Validated experience with UX Design for websites & mobile apps within an enterprise environment
• Experience translating business requirement documents into designs and mock-ups
• Proficient with Adobe XD, Jira, Miro
• Ability to juggle multiple, complex projects and deploy resources accordingly, often under tight deadlines
• Experience with designing technically complex web applications, preferably in the business-to-business domain
• Experience in understanding design best practices and when to apply them
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong English skills required (communication with other teams from other countries)

Soft skills:

• Deep understanding of user needs, especially concerning accessibility standards
• Passion and focus in building high quality solutions. Passion about training and mentoring team members
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
