UX / UI / Web Designer at air3

Full-time job. Bucharest - Romania

As a designer you become part of our creative team in Bucharest. You will be responsible for creating high quality artwork, designs and UX across industries and business areas for internal and external projects. Check out the company at air3 . ag

Air3 is the creative and 3D Part of the J&F Company. 

Responsibilities:

• Working closely together with highly qualified developers and artists
• Contributing to creative discussions
• Planning and executing tasks inside our agile project management software

Basic requirements:

• Established understanding of target groups and knowledge of transferring their needs into a meaningful design
• Excellent skills in latest design programs to create designs quickly and in high quality
• Established understanding of photography and typography
• Organizing skills, structured work, reliability and self-reliance
• Hands-on approach & commitment
• Fluent in English (writing & speaking)

Job characteristic:

• Creating full design concepts for websites, apps and digital products
• Building strong brands & exceptional stories 
• Delivering design files for technical development based on current UI & UX principles
• Drafting mock-ups and sketches in design sprints
• Doing final quality checks and approving final products from a Designer's perspective

Formal requirements:

• Profound and representative portfolio of digital designs
• 4+ years of work experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer
• Software skills: Sketch, Adobe Photoshop (excellent level)

Desirable requirements:

• Basic understanding of HTML, JS and CSS
• Interest in digital, social and cultural trends

The training will take place on-site by our team members as well as online,

based on our digital onboarding guide. You will gain knowledge about:
