- Have good technical knowledge about cars - mandatory!
- Have work experience in first or second line support
- Understand automotive after sales issues
- Be able to work in an effective and quality-oriented way
- Have the ability to engage productively with customers
- Have strong communication skills and a pragmatic attitude
For this specific position you will need to:
- Take ownership of technical issue and collaborate with our engineers to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
- Be analytical with a willingness to explore options to solve technical customer issues
- Communicate effectively with customers, including expectations for callbacks and follow-up on their issues
- Follow help-desk process to support cases
- Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
- Provide technical advice and answering queries from clients
- Update records with resolutions
- Suggest improvements to working practices
