Responsibilities
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
- Identify and source partnership opportunities Collaborate with senior management and other teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
- Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies
- Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally
- Drive negotiations for difficult subjects with a play to win mindset, while leveraging other open topics within the project
- Coordinate and manage vendor selection process and evaluation framework
- Take ownership of vendor contract framework to ensure that all material and required sections for effective vendor controls and steering as per local best practice are covered including; KPIs, SLAs, audit rights, cancellation periods, etc.
- Challenge outsourcers performances and control incidents or problems resolution
- Define agenda, process and quality of content for outsourcing steering committees for all significant outsourcing services, and ensure follow up of any committee decisions
- Supervise and steer the management of IT risks and mitigation actions, including disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Ensure the regular delivery of operations performance reports to outsourcing steering committee
- Ensure clear communication and positive relationship management to external vendor
- Closely cooperate with all internal Infosys counterparts for daily operations and project management
- Actively act as general contact to senior level counterparts of external vendor
- Analyze and manage escalations to and from the assigned partner
- Understand and leverage on operational processes
- Forecast, measure, and report the SLAs
- Keep a great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
Required
- Previous working experience as a Partnerships Manager for 5 years
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communication or similar relevant filed
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
