Visual Designer

Ringhel is the leading Romanian niche software provider for the power and gas industry in Romania. We have developed a suite of applications that includes desktop and web platforms, covering the entire market activity flows. 

Having the challenge of defining a new technology for building software, we are building a special team that will approach this challenge with a User-Centered mindset

And for that we need a Visual Designer that will partner up with our Product Designer and core team - someone that will help us deliver the right experiences and to solve UX problems trough visual.

We believe that visual design is important for our initiative success and for that we want it at our decision table.

A short list of things we would like you to have:

• Applied User Interface design processes and methodology
• Proved design principles
• Good understanding of UX principles
• Desire to understand the user behaviour so that you can design interfaces that solve a real problem of our users
• Experience working with visual design tools like: Figma, Sketch, Invision but not limited to those.
• Prototyping experience so that you can showcase the interactions from the user flows
• Ask questions & take risks
• Have a data driven approach for the visual decisions
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
• Have autonomy and initiative
• Be aware of the impact that visual design has on the users

More about the role:

• You will be part of the core team of this initiative
• We would like you to have strong visual skills but to understand that for any visual decision you need to have data about the users behaviour.
• As tools we use mainly: G Suite, Zoom, Hangouts, Miro, Figma, Notion - but we want you to propose tools and methods that can help your visual process.
