Warehouse Coordinator

Your key deliverables:

• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Responsible for the complete materials flow: receiving, put away, feeding the lines ( picking/Kanban), finished goods, confirmation, shipping.
• Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts.
• Inspect equipment.
• Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; -initiating corrective actions.
• Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Monitor the daily KPIs; analyse and implement corrective actions.
• Warehouse staff activities such as recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.

Are you?

• Educated at University degree in Economics or Technical Sciences?
• Coming with excellent knowledge of SAP - Materials Management Modules?
• Coming with 3-5 years relevant experience in warehouse management activities?
• Possessing leadership and negotiation skills?
• Practical and self-driven?
• Having a good command of English language - both spoken and written?
