Warehouse Coordinator

Job Description:

• Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals;
• Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short and long-term performance goals;
• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management and production line feeding;
• Continuously develop the competences in the logistics team and ensure optimum material flow;
• Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics;
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, andenforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.

Job location: Mădăras, BH.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in a warehouse lead role;
• Very good level of English language;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities;
• Familiarity with ERP (SAP is an advantage).
