Duties and Responsibilities

- ensure stocking and loading of products according to FIFO rules;

- control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with SAP data storage;

- oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods;

- customer service regarding differences between Invoices and POs at reception of raw materials;

- ensure that the damaged and suspected commodities are segregated from good ones and reported to suppliers;

- oversee picking, packing and distribution activity; 

- ensure quality delivery, and budget objectives are met;

- ensure an efficient management of transportation to ensure smooth & timely supply of products across the locations;

-  drafting transport documents, CMR and consignment note, AWB, etc 

- manage requirements from China; 

- all kind of transactions in SAP;

- Export, Import, draft documents;
