Place: Timisoara oraz Bucharest

Major responsibilities and duties of this position:

• coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods,
• use space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently, making sure quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met,
• maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities,
• supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily operations,
• identify and improve processes to increase efficiency and minimize mistakes,
• ensure efficient and effective use of warehouse space to include layout and future capacity requirements,
• ensure that health and safety meets the required standards and that risk assessments are carried out.

Basic Qualifications:

• proven work experience as a warehouse manager,
• degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration,
• numeracy and an understanding of finance for stock management, effective inventory managementkills,
• strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs),
• good decision making skills, even under pressure,
• fluent English knowledge will be additional asset,
• people management skills, including the ability to inspire, organize, lead and motivate a team of people, delegate work and explain ideas,
• quality management systemsand food safety knowledge, certifications
• training skills,
• ability to operate forklift effectively,
• valid drivers' license.
