Warehouse Operations Coordinator Brasov Brewery

(position located in Brasov)

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator Brasov Brewery coordinates the activity of the Brașov WET warehouse, in order to increase operational efficiency in conditions of minimum costs.

Organize and control of the activities in the Brașov WET warehouse regarding stock accuracy

Manage the contracts with all suppliers allocated to Brasov WET warehouse

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator Brasov Brewery identifies and delivers improvement initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

• Warehousing:

  • • Ensuring stock is checked vs. system and managed and rotated respecting agreed rules (FEFO) and managing any ad-hoc requests from the business

    • The transfers of finished product and packaging materials between locations are checked - reconciliation of stocks in transit at the end of the month

    • Reporting activity is accurate and ensure dispatch and inventory documents are correctly archived and complete

    • Ensure route settlement is completed

    • Represent the company in relations with Custom authorities

    • Develop and implement new ways of working, new procedures or projects to improve productivities for all type of tasks performed in the warehouse

    • Responsible to implement, maintain and improve all ISO and HACCP requirements in Brasov WET Warehouse. Main contact for ISO/Quality audits.

    • Good communication with internal/external stakeholders, for topics related with his job description

• Management of the team allocated to brewery warehouse

  • • Fosters an environment of continuous improvement

    • Monitors team’s performance standards; continually assess the effectiveness of the team

    • Seeks to improve team members satisfaction by creating and maintaining a sound working environment;

• SAP and WMS leveraged to deliver continued efficiencies within the operations.

• Ensures that the Brasov WET WH team is operating within a safe and clean environment

• Implement and control the budget for Brasov WET warehouse

Requirements:

• University degree

• Well rounded warehousing expert with demonstrated capability in stock management

• A hands-on people manager

• Effective at collaborating upwards, downwards and cross-functionally

• Experienced in managing KPI and SLA focused operations

• Focused on service management and delivery

• Experienced in implementing change initiatives and programs

• Experience managing a warehouse cost centres would be an advantage

• Fluent English would be ideal but can be flexible depending on experience

• Abilities from intermediary to advance in SAP, WMS, Word, Excel, Outlook

• Demonstrated leadership, communication skills
