Leadership:

▪ Select, manage and develop qualified staff following the relevant HR processes
▪ Develop and implement training and qualification plans to ensure expertise and know-how in your team
▪ Ensure availability of adequate personnel capacities for all tasks

General Business:

▪ Coordination and control of all warehouse activities ( inbound and outbound)
Warehouse
▪ Ensuring that products and packaging are stored (defined standards, . ISO, 5S), distributed and received efficiently (Timely, damage free, according to designed routing instructions)
▪ Ensuring the timely booking, receiving and stacking of all incoming goods from production, other ContiTech PTG locations and external suppliers
▪ Ensuring of FIFO for all outbound deliveries
▪ Responsible for monitoring the operational workload to ensure that a shortfall of work does not occur
▪ Responsible for stock taking and perpetual inventory
▪ Perform SAP operation for monthly, yearly stock taking and scrap material
▪ Locate new stock demand and make suggestions to the Plant SCM
▪ Responsible for working systems (. Scanner, Work lifts, Racks)
▪ Stock maintenance (. best before date, picking and replenishment)

Continuous Improvement:

▪ Get actively involved in training of new entries, as well as participate in developing own skills and knowledge
▪ Assuring constant improvement in processes
KPI/ Reporting ▪ Reporting of Warehouse key figures
▪ Monitoring and ensuring compliance with planned budget and cost targets
▪ Responsible/ Attend Audits

Quality:

▪ Implementation, monitoring and optimization of work instructions
▪ Responsible to minimize logistic related claims (within the Warehouse)
▪ Contact for the Quality Management regarding the claim handling

Compliance:

▪ Complies with company policies, rules and regulations (. working schedule, contract, quality management, health and safety, environment protection, fire prevention, data protection policy..)
ESH ▪ Implement measures to improve occupational safety and monitor compliance
▪ Responsibility for the preparation of the hazard analyzes, responsibility for ensuring the annual occupational safety instructions

Project Management:
▪ Coordination/ Participation in Projects

Requirements:

• Good Leadership Logistics (Warehouse, transportation, packaging)
• Customer knowledge English proficiency
• SAP working knowledge.
