Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of:

• Assess and process warranty claims that are submitted electronically; 
• Resolve dealer issues and answer questions regarding the vehicles in the workshop, via email; 
• Analyze each situation and decide if the warranty covers the costs involved; 
• Documents verification and customer information in data capture tool and when needed, transfers claim/ticket to responsible party for resolution. 

Skills that make your work successful: 

• You are fluent in Dutch & English; 
• You are familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook;
• You don’t have experience, but you want to learn from our professionals;
• You are a team player with good communication skills;
• You are self-motivated, with a positive attitude and approach;
• You are able to solve urgent matters and work under pressure;
• You are responsible in a work environment.
