Tazz by Emag is looking to hire a highly motivated and willing-to-grow individual to join our expanding Marketing team in Timisoara.

Position Summary:

• Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns and events;
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns daily, weekly and monthly;  
• Implement Facebook, email & Google campaigns ;
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities;
• Measure, monitor, optimize and report on all digital marketing efforts or digital campaigns, derive insights that lead to actionable outcomes.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing & web analysis;
• Proven technical skills and knowledge of digital marketing;
• In depth knowledge about Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Search Console, Firebase and other relevant tools.
