Web Copywriter

We are looking for a Senior Copywriter to bring a disruptive approach to the local digital advertising scene.  

Please include a short portfolio with your best work, as well as your worst one. Applications that don't include this will not be considered.

You should excel at:

• Developing inspiring content ideas and copy for various channels (. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs and website). Experience with TikToK is highly appreciated
• Understanding and responding promptly to briefs from clients 
• Contributing with ideas and strategies at a pitch 
• Producing ad hoc advertising creative (. paid social posts, digital display)
• Working closely with the Design team to ensure our output is as creative, engaging and effective as possible
• Ensuring consistency in tone of voice, based on guidelines produced by our clients 
• Proofreading materials produced by internal departments or our clients 

You should have a knack for: 

• Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English 
• Strategic and conceptual creative thinking
• Creative versatility to connect with different audiences, personas and channels
• Teamwork – you are comfortable working with other creative people and receive, interpret and act on feedback 
• Creative curiosity and motivation to challenge yourself 
• Ability to prioritize and work to fast-changing and sometimes conflicting deadlines

You should pride yourself on:

• Minimum 5 years of copywriting experience either in-house or agency (experience in finance is a plus)
• An impressive portfolio that shows versatility in styles and content formats 
• Ability to flex copy based on the needs of different mediums
• Ability to understand and use technologies, marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Managers, etc.) and SEO skills
