Web Designer

We have 3 open positions of Web Designers:

• 2 positions are temporary - 6 month contract
• 1 position is full-time  

You will work with 3 copywriters and 2 Graphic designers Bucharest office-based and 1 copywriter and 1 Graphic designer based in North America.

The Web Designer will actively contribute to the creative vision for our brand. He/she will be an essential part of developing global concepts and work with regional designers to execute the campaigns with cultural/language nuances.  

Key Responsibilities - Depending on assignment, duties may include, but are not limited, to the following: 

• Execute global campaigns  
• Website updates and content uploads 
• Email marketing: HTMLs that resize to all devices, email providers, etc.  
• Banners (static, animated, etc.), images as per requests 
• Custom projects such as:  
• Writing and editing content 
• Designing webpage layout  
• Determining technical requirements 
• Testing product development prototypes 
• Updating websites 
• Creating back up files  
• Solving code problems  
• Analyze industry trends in terms of market research communities UX 
• Work with regional teams to provide global know-how on teams’ specific platforms and systems usage 
• Quality control of all final communication pieces. 
• Create campaigns that sustain team’s KPIs.  
• Ensure that brand guidelines are being executed appropriately (look/feel). 

Ideal Candidate has the following Skills and Experience  :

• Bachelor’s degree (. or .) with years mid-level experience 
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML 
• Experience with Drupal or other blogging platforms is a plus 
• Curious about design, copy, email marketing, and web best practices/guidelines 
• Good communication skills 
• Passion, energy, and enthusiasm to bring your expertise to a domain that is ripe for innovation 
• Strong sense of integrity and maturity, with a constructive manner that promotes success across the organization 
• Proficient in English
