Our client optimizes the use of SAP with the help of software development, UX design and artificial intelligence. We are supporting their mission by ramping up a new software team responsible for the development of scalable applications (PaaS/SaaS Cloud). What You'll Be Doing

• Work under Agile methodologies in an international team
• Development of new functionalities according to customer requests
• Following quality and security standards
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and high-performance applications
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Integration of data storage solutions (may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.)
• Code reviews

What You'll Bring Along

• A University degree or advanced diploma in a software engineering-related discipline, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience on a similar position is required
• Proficiency knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
• Knowledge of Node.js and its available frameworks (such as Express, Nest)
• Knowledge of unit and integration testing best practices and relevant JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Jest, Jasmine, Mocha)
• Relational databases and knowledge of SQL
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Knowledge of containerization technology (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Experience in working with microservice architecture
• Working knowledge of Cloud Platforms (such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is nice to have
• Experience in working with Serverless architecture is nice to have
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages (such as Jade, EJS, Mustache) is nice to have
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
