All you have to bring with you is:
- Technical degree & fluent English
- Familiarity with the following products or solutions: RTN, Microwave products, management and monitoring systems (U2000);
- Customer service experience, technical support and troubleshooting skills;
- Minimum of 1 year of telecommunications customer service/ technical support experience is considered advantage;
- Experience with Huawei Microwave products is considered a big advantage;
- Capable of taking initiative to identify, resolve problems and improve work environment;
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time and prioritize them accordingly;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good team spirit and adaptability;
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
You'll be learning and working with us on:
- Provide technical support service to the customers independently or jointly with a technical support team;
- Provide detailed information on how to set up, configure, and upgrade Microwave Products/ IP or Access;
- Track and solve all technical issues appeared during testing/workshop/bidding activities, provide to the customer the necessary technical support and suggestions, keep good cooperation with customer, workshop attending if required;
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and identify network/applications issues;
