➡️ Ability to receive constructive criticism and willingness to iterate until a piece of work is in nearly-perfect shape;

➡️ Discipline, responsibility and eagerness to learn new marketing and research techniques;

➡️ A strong desire to test, learn, break (and fix) things;

➡️ Patience when it comes to repetitive cycles of iteration;

➡️ Basic knowledge of the WordPress CMS (and the Gutenberg editor) and a portfolio of published articles would constitute an advantage.

➡️ Tailoring content to clearly defined goals: traffic / lead generation, conversion, sales;

➡️ Conduct thorough research on specific niche topics and competitors;

➡️ Utilising keyword research and SEO analysis tools such as Ahrefs and Google Trends;

➡️ Analysing content performance following a list of clearly defined KPIs;

➡️ Tracking the ranking and performance of different articles periodically and iterate over them to bring freshness into the search results index;

➡️ Applying SEO knowledge at the level of content writing (including images optimisation and other on-page technical SEO);

➡️ Improving the readability and optimising keyword densities of blog articles;

➡️ Experimenting with different layouts and information structures;

➡️ Editing and proofreading existing content;

➡️ Reporting issues on Github and working on collaborative Trello boards.
