For our Timisoara corporate location we are looking to hire a Workday System Analyst.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Perform functional consulting and partner with different business groups from Human Resources and other departments to understand the requirements (current and future state) to drive the deliverables - business process review, testing and deployment;
• Gather, document, validate requirements, and translate requirements into system design in to Workday HCM using the workday configuration and integrations tool set;
• Act as the Business Analyst & Subject Matter Expert for the projects; develop and maintain system documentation;
• Act as a Functional Expert and Power User in the organization for Workday and other connected HCM applications and systems;
• Act as Level three support for issues reported by Level one/ Level two teams with using Workday. Research and identify the root causes for problems and own their resolution;
• Provide frequent and clear communications regarding the status of initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed of changes and work that is in progress.

 

Here is some of what you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field;
• Experience in the implementation, development, and support of HR systems;
• Experience as a business and/or functional analyst;
• Knowledge of XML, Java and Web Services;
• Ability to learn and adopt new technologies;
• Good communication skills (English mandatory);
• Workday functional knowledge is a strong advantage;
• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment;
• Detail-oriented and analytical, with the capability to apply logic to solve problems;
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated and well organized;
• Be resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
